computer recycling
With residual values after write down of up to 40% on more recent IT equipment the case for reuse is cost effective; add to that the fact that 30% of an items environmental impact occurs during manufacture and our drive to put computer equipment back to the purpose for which it was originally intended is crystal clear. This can be as refurbished and remanufactured units supplied with warranty or as spares for IT maintenance and repair purposes.
Thereafter when IT equipment is deemed end of life the ideal is to
retrieve as much material as possible minimalising the environmental
impact.
Currently we achieve a 97% reuse or reclamation of materials from all
equipment we handle. This is achieved via an ICER (Industry council for
Electronic Recycling) an approved process with no material or residue
being sent to landfill.
We currently operate country wide and have worked across Europe. We
treat each job on its own merits taking the view that keeping
logistical costs to a minimum and an itemised inventory of equipment
achieves the maximum return for redundant electronic equipment in an
environmentally sound manner.
